Each build includes the dollhouse structure, your chosen wallpaper and flooring, furniture, and décor. Lighting kits and name signs are available as add-ons.
Completed dollhouses are not shipped through standard carriers like UPS or FedEx. Due to the size and fragility of fully furnished miniatures, we partner with a specialized art and fragile item shipping company that custom-crates each piece for safe transport. This ensures your dollhouse arrives exactly as it was built.
Shipping is quote-based by my shipping company and depends on your location, so we can't provide an exact amount upfront. During your customization consultation I'll confirm your delivery address and send the shipping invoice via email. Rough shipping cost estimates range from $400-800 depending on your location in the United States. Note: I do not sell or ship dollhouses internationally.
Absolutely — local pickup from Redmond, WA is always an option and avoids any shipping or delivery fee entirely. Just let me know during your consultation and we'll coordinate a pickup time.
Yes. Our shipping partner provides insurance coverage for fragile and high-value items. We'll confirm coverage details with you before your final invoice is sent.
