Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Nook Miniatures piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• To start a return, contact us at nookminiatures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. If the returned item shows signs of use or loss of value, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect that.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items (including Customizable Dollhouses) are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
